Padstow does not lie at the sea, but at the river Camel, and there you can take the ferry over to Rock on the other side. Rock is best known for properties owned by the rich and famous, the likes of the Beckhams and Robbie Williams do own places which are only used for a very short time in the year. Also, a well-known brewery is located here.
